FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

This class is designed to challenge & enhance your fitness capabilities through a diverse range of exercises that focus on real-world functional movements. Each session is a journey towards mastering movement patterns, increasing your intensity safely, & honing your athletic skills.


Expect a dynamic mix of strength training, cardio, & mobility work, all aimed at improving your everyday performance & resilience. Whether you're lifting, jumping, pushing, or pulling, our expert coaches will guide you through each movement with detailed attention to form & technique. This class is perfect for anyone looking to push their limits, refine their movements, and experience the full spectrum of functional fitness in an engaging & supportive environment.

START STRONG

Start Strong is our beginner class. This welcoming & supportive environment is perfect for those new to fitness or looking to build a solid foundation in functional movement. 

You'll be introduced to the core principles of functional fitness, focusing on safe, effective techniques & fundamental movements that apply to everyday life.


"Start Strong" is about learning at your own pace, with personalized attention. We emphasize proper form & gradual progression, ensuring you build confidence & strength in a supportive, non-intimidating setting. Each session will guide you through a balanced mix of strength training, cardio, & mobility exercises, tailored to help beginners develop a strong base in fitness.


GYMNASTICS

In our specialty Gymnastics Class, you'll explore the fundamentals of gymnastics, including core movements like handstands, pull-ups, dips, & muscle-ups, as well as a range of progressions & variations. 


This class is not just about physical training; it's an opportunity to challenge your body and mind, improving body awareness & coordination.
